1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription to any Blogy plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies only to:

  • Your first subscription payment to a new paid plan
  • Accounts that have not previously received a refund from us
  • Requests submitted within the 7-day window from the payment date

To request a refund, email us at tarun.kumar@blogy.in with your registered email and order ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends
  • Unused blog credits or programmatic SEO page allowances are forfeited upon cancellation

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Renewal charges after the initial 7-day window
  • Partial months or periods of service already rendered
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases (if applicable)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not issue credits or refunds for the price difference in the current billing period.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plan payments are eligible for the 7-day refund guarantee on the initial payment only. After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused period.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email tarun.kumar@blogy.in within 7 days of your payment
  2. Include your registered email address and payment/order ID
  3. Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (helps us improve!)
  4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

7. GST on Refunds

Where applicable, GST will be refunded along with the base subscription amount, subject to our ability to reverse the GST charge as per Indian tax regulations. If you have already claimed GST input credit, you may need to reverse it in your GST filings.
